**Shipping Policy for South Africa**

Thank you for choosing FlatAfrica! We are pleased to offer shipping to South Africa. 

Below are the details of our shipping policy.

**1. Shipping Methods** 

We provide two shipping options for orders being shipped to South Africa: 

- **Air Shipping**: Delivery within 10-15 business days. 

- **Freight Shipping**: Delivery within 30-40 business days.

**2. Shipping Costs** 

Shipping costs to South Africa are calculated at checkout based on the selected 

shipping method and the total weight of your order. Please be aware that additional 

customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the 

customer.

**3. Processing Time** 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on 

weekends or public holidays. During peak times, processing may take longer, but we will 

keep you informed.

**4. Order Tracking** 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking 

information. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment.

**5. Shipping Restrictions** 

We currently only ship to addresses in South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. 

Boxes.

**6. Order Issues** 

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, or if you receive a 

damaged item, please contact our customer service team at flatafrica@outlook.com 

within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
